Ltd. is 28,424.00 sq.mt. and In possession of 5828.60 sq.mt. Hence at present, the plot area to be considered for the redevelopment is 34,354.80 sq.mt.

RESERVATION

The plot bearing C.T.S.No.147 as per the earlier D.P. Plan was part of the MMRDA area, hence while sanctioning the D.P., the details of this property was not been given in MCGM plan. The Govt. by notification No.TPB 4318/484/CR-44/2022/UD-11 dated 22/05/2023 has transferred this plot from MMRDA to MCGM.

The plot as per the sanctioned Development Plan of 2034 as per the remark obtained on 14/05/2024 is affected by as follows :

  1. Partly reserved for ROS1.4 (Playground) (part of the large reservation)
  2. 13.40mt. wide D.P. Road
  3. Widening of existing road to 45.70mt.
  4. Zone of the property is Residential
  5. Plot falls under Coastal Regulation Zone subject to obtaining detailed remark for the Coastal Zone from Chief Engineer (D.P.)
